Retail Learning Academy

The Retail Learning Academy (RLA) is Pharmacy Technology Solutions' in-house online learning platform offering courses and recorded webinars for our various products and services. Online learning (eLearning) provides a convenient way to access learning where you want and when you want.

Advantages of using our eLearning include:

  • Quick onboarding of new team members, before they start working.

  • Refreshing knowledge for existing team members.

  • Continuous learning for all team members at their own pace.

  • Reporting on learning progress.

  • Recognizing course completion using certificates.

  • Reducing time and labour with scheduling and delivering training.

We have created a full suite of eLearning courses to help pharmacies use Propel Rx and Propel POS to their full potential. New stores and new users at existing stores can use eLearning to increase their software skills.
